This intensive, hands-on two-day course is designed for project managers and participants from both business and IT who want to understand how to integrate Gen AI into their projects to achieve results e.g. in the form of increased quality and innovation. Whether your focus is on maximizing efficiency and utilizing AI's full potential to enhance business processes, or you also want to ensure AI is applied responsibly and sustainably, this course provides you with the knowledge and flexibility to tailor AI to your organization's needs. This flexibility can be adapted in line with the organization's development.
You will learn how to identify relevant AI use cases, manage large data sets efficiently, and on IntelliOptima.com you learn to apply a large number of the leading AI models, e.g, Chat GPT, DALL·E, Perplexity, Claude, Mistral og Stable Diffusion. The platform offers a flexible and collaborative AI environment. You gain hands-on experience with AI models for data management and creative problem-solving. You’ll learn how to practically integrate AI into waterfall, agile, and hybrid project approaches, including the technical methods for implementation.
The course is based on the latest principles for responsible AI from Google, Microsoft, the UN, and SustainableIT.org.

Teaching Method
The course offers practical, case-based learning with group exercises and hands-on work on Gen AI use cases that illustrate AI in practice. It includes guidelines and frameworks from leading organizations such as Google, Microsoft, SustainableIT.org, and the UN. Emphasis is placed on transferring theory into practice, so participants can directly apply the acquired knowledge to their own projects. All written materials are in English. There is a diploma for all course participants who complete the course.

Instructors
Lasse Borris Sørensen
Lasse Borris Sørensen iis a Sustainability Project Coach and the founder of Plan A ApS. He brings a strong combination of expertise in AI, Project Management and sustainable IT to the course. For many years, Lasse has worked as a Senior Agile Project Coach, operating at the intersection of technology and business. This is the foundation Lasse draws on when helping participants integrate AI into their projects, with their desired level of responsibility and sustainability.
As an instructor, Lasse is known for his ability to make complex topics understandable and applicable. His teaching combines practical cases, hands-on learning, and the latest knowledge, making him a dynamic and engaging instructor who ensures participants leave the course with concrete tools to apply Gen AI in their own projects.
Lasse leads the global community for Sustainable IT-Project Management as well as the Nordic chapter of SustainableIT.org. He has worked on sustainable and agile projects for over 20,000 hours, taught more than 3,000, and certified over 800 people in-house and as a subcontractor for DTU, IDA, Lederne, Teknologisk Institute, Mannaz, Finanskompetencepuljen, Dansk IT, as well as numerous private companies.
Ann Rosenberg
Ann Rosenberg has over 25 years of leadership experience in high-growth companies such as SAP, EY, and Wood, and pioneering tech firms like ChainlinkLabs and cBrain. Her extensive expertise in AI includes significant work in both private and government sectors, specializing in AI for permitting. Ann is dedicated to the AI for Good movement, chaired by UN Secretary-General António Guterres, and is part of the UN ITU Working Group on Open-Source Generative AI for Public Services.
Ann's journey with Web 3.0 and AI began in 2017, and she was named one of the top 50 Influential Women in Blockchain by Onalytica. In 2022, she was listed in Mission Impact's Top 100 Women of the Future for her work in AI and Web3 for climate and sustainability solutions.
As Co-Founder of the UN SDG Ambition, she actively champions the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the UN Digital Compact.

Course description
Green Project Management® (GPM®) is a thorough disquisition of the sustainable project method. You will learn methods, acquire tools and receive insights into how you can add a green focus to your projects.
The method is developed by the organisation Green Project Management®, which is a global leader within sustainable project management.
GPM® will teach you to include relevant aspects of sustainability in your way of conducting project management. You will get concrete tools and methods to incorporate into your current project approach.
During the course we will work with:
- Identifying and adding sustainable principles and elements to projects.
- In-depth knowledge of techniques and methods for project management – as well as how you can affect the life cycle of the product during the process.
- Principles for sustainability.
- The advantages of using the “Projects Integrating Sustainable Methods”, PRiSM™, project life cycle.
- Looking at the project, organisation, and the way you are as a project manager from a whole new perspective.
Target group
The course is aimed at project managers, team leaders, project participants, PMO-members, mid-level managers, and others, who wish to learn how to carry through sustainable projects.
No qualifications are needed to participate in the course.

Teaching method
There will be 2-4 hours’ worth of reading material in preparation for the course.
The spoken word is Danish, but the written material and certification are in English.
During the course, we will conduct a number of group assignments, which will give you ample opportunity to discuss the material and thereby increase your learning.

- Central documents that you can use directly in your projects.
- Presentation material, exercises, etc. to the course.
- Preparation material for the certification GPM-b™ – Certified Green Project Manager — Basic.

Instructor
